Foundations of Tai Chi
Bring balance to your body, mind and spirit with Qigong and Tai Chi. This is an introductory program that focuses on movement and breath to increase the Qi or energy in the body, strengthen your immune system, build physical strength and stamina and increase joint flexibility. All of the movements are designed to promote good health, body awareness and harmony between the body and mind.

Human Harmonies is a holistic health system incorporating Eastern principles of wellness and healing with both Eastern and Western therapies. The result is a comprehensive collection of movements and techniques that restore harmony in the body, reinvigorating the body's natural healing ability. This unique multifaceted approach can help you achieve overall well-being and life balance.

We teach Tai Chi, Qigong and other forms of movement, focusing on stretching and breathing to move you towards balance, physically and mentally. Tai Chi and Qigong make the mind and spirit tranquil, improve physical stamina and strength, and cultivate health, well being and long life. The movements are gentle and suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
