Any grown-up wanting the benefits of:
Health through Laughter, fun and excersise.
Meaningful connection with self and others.
Time in nature in Adelaide.
When: every Tuesday at 10am until 10.30am.
Where: @ Mcleay Park, 13 George Street, Parkside. (near South East corner of the city Parklands.
10.30am-11am: a three minute walk west of George Street to morning tea at Ann's place in Young Street.
11am-12pm sharing circle.
Then:
12pm-1pm 10 minute walk to city parklands for a BYO picnic lunch.
This is a free event, donations are accepted to cover costs.
Please bring a water bottle, walking shoes, your own food. Check the weather.
Best parking is in Young St. (4p) West of George St.
ENTER YOUNG ST. VIA UNLEY RD and park as close as possible to George St.
Park and walk across George St. at the pedestrian crossing, walk past bus stop number 2, a red post box and house numbers 27-15.
Cafe 107 is on the corner of Young and George St. and has excellent coffee and takeaway and a toilet.
Mcleay Park has no toilet.
No bookings.
Just arrive before 10am to register for all or part of the event.
