Consecutive Tuesdays, May – June, 7pm – 8:30pm nightly.

Stress – sharing 5 simple meditation exercises to cope with stress utilising breath-work and visualization.
* Step Two: Tuesday, June 3
Mantras and chants – using the power of sacred sound to discover silence. This session introduces several easy mantras that open the spiritual heart and deepen our meditation.
* Step Three: Tuesday June 10
The four pillars of Yoga – hatha, karma, jnana, bhakti.
A deep dive into exploring the principle paths of yoga and their various wisdom teachings and practices.
* Step Four: Tuesday June 17
Lifestyle upgrade – putting it all together.
Meditation is part of an inner awakening and an evolutionary step up to what are some of the lifestyle positives enabling this?
A look at nutrition, physical exercise and further meditation secrets.
* Step Five: Tuesday June 24
Finding clarity and direction in your own inner journey.
An overview of the wide canvas of spiritual paths and their teachings and disciplines. An introduction to the recommendations and guidelines offered by the late Indian spiritual Master, Sri Chinmoy.
