You're not alone, and this is your chance to break free from self-doubt! we create a safe, uplifting space for people who want to transform their mindset, overcome negative body image, and unlock their most confident selves.

The format of this social is, therefore, to first take turns calling out of current fears and challenges in a supportive and non-judgemental space, and then to allow the conversation to unfold in the way it's supposed to.

overcoming social anxiety and building confidence in speaking, I will encourage but never pressure you to be present within the group and speak when you feel the impulse to speak without interrupting others.
