Wyola Yoga & Reiki is a small studio located in Shutesbury, MA that offers in-studio and virtual yoga classes, reiki energy healing, cosmic shamanism, QHHT hypnosis, special events, and more. 🤍
This group offers free and paid local and virtual metaphysical and spiritual events, classes, workshops, and sessions. Some examples of meetups in this group include:
- weekly yoga classes ($15)
- one-on-one distance reiki energy healing ($75 for 30 minutes)
- weekly reiki ASMR livestream broadcasts (free or by donation)
- special events that include forest walking, journaling and writing, healing circles, and more (free and paid)
- QHHT hypnosis and hypnotherapy sessions (coming soon)
- in-studio reiki and cosmic shamanism healings ($110 per hour)
- other metaphysical and spiritual events

Join me one-on-one on Zoom for a 30-minute reiki energy healing session that includes all the elements of a regular in-person session. This relaxing virtual reiki session includes energy healing of the whole body and chakras. Peaceful music, smoke cleansing, essential oils, sound healing, and crystal therapy are used to elevate and focus the energy. I like to use tender and affirming language during the session to support you in opening to receive healing.
The healing is conducted online using distance reiki techniques. Sessions are conducted on Zoom, recorded, and uploaded as a private video to YouTube.
Clients must fill out an intake form for each session.

BOOK A TIME: ON SQUARE - Walk with the Elements ⛅ 4-Week SeriesLake Wyola, Shutesbury, MA$50.00
Meet up at the gazebo/beach area at Randall Road in Shutesbury, MA, where we join in a group meditation and some gentle movement centered on the elements of the natural world. Next we walk together (approximately 1 mile) mindfully through South Brook Conservation Area to the brook and back. During the leisurely walk over varied terrain we share insights, sing/hum/make noise, cultivate silence, and engage in walking meditation. At the brook participants will receive reiki energy healing.
Note: this walk, while leisurely, includes some hilly terrain that can become quite wet after rain.
