
What we’re about
You are invited to a practice of deep listening — a space to experience silence as a living presence. We will gather in nature to slow down, set aside the usual need to understand or evaluate, and simply listen — to the world, to ourselves, and to one another. This encounter is about awareness. We will listen to the sounds of the surroundings, our own breath, the vibrations of the air, and the silence between them.
When we learn to listen without purpose, the world begins to sound different — revealing textures, rhythms, softness, and the wild beauty of the everyday. The practice will last around one hour. Bring something comfortable to sit or lie on, and leave space for stillness.
