You are invited to a gentle practice of deep listening — a space to experience silence as a living presence.
We’ll gather in nature to slow down, soften our attention, and simply listen — to the world, to ourselves, and to one another.
It’s about awareness — the subtle rhythms of air, breath, and stillness.
Bring something comfortable to sit or lie on, and leave space for quiet.

About Deep Listening
Deep Listening is a practice of expanding our awareness of sound, silence, and presence. It invites us to listen not only with our ears, but with the whole body — with attention, openness, and curiosity.
Through this practice, we tune into the environment around us: the rustle of leaves, distant echoes, our own breathing, and the subtle vibrations that usually pass unnoticed. It’s a way of slowing down, becoming more aware of how sound connects everything — ourselves, others, and the natural world. Deep Listening is not about analyzing or judging what we hear, but about experiencing it fully, as it unfolds. In doing so, we often discover new layers of perception, sensitivity, and calm — a sense that listening can be a form of meditation and connection.
