No-Dig Gardening and Garlic @Arvada Community Garden

Details

I will be guest-teaching this class, so I am cross-posting it here. The organizers of Classes at the Arvada Community Garden Meetup Group ask you to please RSVP in both places, here and in that group, if you would like to attend. Also I know it lists Sarah as the teacher but she can't make it, which is why I will be teaching instead.
What exactly is "no dig" gardening? How do I garden without tilling? If you have ever wondered what no dig gardening is and how this method can improve soil health and reduce weeding this class is for you. Fall is a great time to get started. This method can be used in an existing garden plot or to start a new bed/garden.
Growing Garlic - Class will describe garlic varieties, which ones grow best in Colorado, and how to plant, grow and harvest garlic.
6:00 p.m. outside at the garden, FREE, open to the public
(inclement weather: Vance Street Flats, 5854 Vance St, 6:15pm)
You Will be notified by email through Meetup if the class is moved.
Come early or stay afterwards to visit the seed library and/or get a tour of the garden. Garden opens at 5pm.
