**Justin Gräfer**

Justin has been a corporate lawyer in Berlin since 2021 and advises **[XITASO](www.xitaso.com)** on all matters of IT law, among other fields of law. As legal counsel, he supports the software developer's various departments. His consulting services also cover new legislation such as the AI Act and its legal implications. He is particularly interested in European harmonization in data protection and IT law.

**Anton Hummel**

Anton studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg and focused his work on Machine Learning and Software Engineering. Since 2022 he is working at **[XITASO](www.xitaso.com)**, first as Software Developer and then as a Machine Learning Researcher. Recently he started an industry assisted PhD at the University of Bayreuth at the chair of human-centered AI where his work is focused on explainable AI. He also deals with the question which role explainable AI plays in the AI Act and to use it to provide human oversight.

**Asma Derja**

Asma is currently leading an initiative to draft the first charter of AI ethics, with the goal of integrating ethical considerations deeply into the fabric of global technology practices in her role of Founder at the **[Ethical AI Alliance](https://ethicalaialliance.org/)**. Her mission is to use her expertise to champion ethical AI practices, focusing particularly on empowering communities through technology.
