**About this walk: \~8.5-9km, \~1.5-2 hours of walking time.**

We'll take the unpaved trail from the west side of Hermitage Park into Kennedale Ravine towards Victoria Trail then return the same way. Then we’ll head north through Hermitage Park to the north end (at \~137th Ave & 20th St) then head back along the river around the pond toward the 1908 Train Bridge near the Yellowhead then circle back to the cars.

* This walk will be at a **medium pace** at minimum with only a few stops along the way.
* *\* Remember that if you can’t attend, please update your RSVP so we can do a headcount at the event.*
* Optional: After you’re welcome to join us for a bite to eat - place TBD.
* \**We are requesting a voluntary donation of $2 per event, or our suggested annual donation of $20. You can give the money to us and we’ll pass it along to our administrator who pays our group fee on Meetup. Thanks in advance.*

Where are we meeting?

* The info is in the event location. When we arrive at the parking lot, the “real time” location will be shared via Google Maps in the comments in case you’re running late.

What should I wear?

* Please wear / bring layers so you can take something off or put on, if need be. \*In winter, please bring ice grips!

Can I bring my dog?

* **\*\*Dogs are very welcome on our in-town events but please note that there are "on leash" and "off leash" sections of these trails, so please be aware of these and adhere to the City's regulations.\*\***

Do I need to sign my dog up as a guest?

* No need - guests mean humans
