2. You are physically ready to run 5k in 30 minutes or can do moderate-level hikes (10 km distance + 500 m elevation) easily at the same pace with our group.
3. After three no-shows, we will remove you from Y Adventure. Please make sure to leave the group at least 12 hours before the event if you are unable to attend. This helps us plan better and keeps the group running smoothly.
4. If you join a carpool or ride-sharing arrangement, please note that the norm is around $8/hour per passenger for gas and driving time. However, make sure to confirm the exact amount with your driver before the ride.
