O.P.E.N Discussion

The meetups are relaxed and informal and take place in a pub environment. No one is ever expected to speak, and we try to give everyone the chance to speak if they would like to. Attendance is usually between 10 and 25 people and we have had new people attending every time.

The discussion is about all aspects of non-monogamy, and tries to be as inclusive as possible. If you'd like to suggest a topic, you can do so on the Meetup page for the event or in the social network beforehand, or use The Box (see website).

You don't have to be in a poly or non-monogamous relationship to attend; just respectful towards people who are!

We meet in either Bridget's Bar or Albert's Bar, which are both in the main entrance hall of the Victoria Hotel (behind the Town Hall). Look for the O.P.E.N sign on the door! We have the room booked exclusively from 7pm so we can hear each other.

The format of the evening is roughly the following (although it often changes on the day):

7pm : welcome & introductions

7.30 - 8.15 : discussion

8.15 - 8.30 : break

8.30 - 9pm : discussion

9pm - whenever : social time
