Early mornings, sea breeze, and good energy.
Join a crew of yachties, travelers, and fitness-minded folks for a 5K sunrise run every Wednesday at 6:15 AM.
We meet outside the National Archaeological Museum of Tarragona and head out for an easy-to-moderate coastal loop — all levels welcome, no one left behind.
Bring good vibes, running shoes, and maybe a mate from your crew.
