A deep Ecstatic Dance journey into the body, the roots, and the primal pulse of life.

Inspired by the waning Moon, this evening invites us to slow down, descend beneath the surface, and release what no longer needs to be carried. We begin with grounding and root-chakra energy—connecting with the earth, the body, our instincts, and our sense of inner safety—before allowing the rhythm to guide us into deeper surrender and ecstatic freedom.

We use instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, drum, and gentle voice, along with palo santo or sage for energetic cleansing. These vibrations support release, grounding, and guide you back into inner harmony.
