This workshop offers a calm, structured space to pause, reflect, and regain orientation before moving forward.
What this workshop is
A 90-minute clarity workshop for people who are:

• considering starting their own business
• coming out of burnout or professional exhaustion
• standing between “what no longer works” and “what’s next”
The focus is on clarity, emotional stability, and direction — not hype or quick fixes.

• Guided reflection to clarify where you are right now
• Identify what no longer fits and what is emerging
• Structured pair sharing to deepen insight and perspective
• Group reflection to integrate and ground next steps
What this is not

• Not therapy
This is practical, reflective work held with presence and structure.
