A Caregiver Community:

• Accepting and inclusive space for caregivers/parents of young children.
• By caregivers, for caregivers.
• Build community while learning and growing together.
• It’s collaborative—your input shapes everything we do. Whether it’s crafts, games, yoga, museum visits, or guest speakers, the group evolves with our shared interests and needs.

The first hour is spent enjoying brunch with both our families and the community. During the second hour childcare is provided so that caregivers can focus on self care and connecting.
Anyone is welcome to bring a brunch item to share in the potluck, but snacks and coffee are always provided free of charge.
