A safe space to rest, regulate, and reconnect. Guided by Cindy, 500hr certified yoga instructor & peer support worker, of Santosha Sunshine yoga. This group is offered for free, supplies provided (mats, blocks/bolsters). Meets 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month from 6-7:30pm in Fort Collins.
