This is a casual ADHD / neurodivergent social meetup in central London, for adults who want a low-pressure night out with friendly people.

Right. We’re doing another ADHD social.
Tuesday 26th November, from 6:15pm onwards, UPSTAIRS at The Champion, because apparently we’ve all collectively decided this is “our spot” now.

It’s basically a bunch of neurodivergent adults sitting in a pub pretending we’re normal, and failing… but in the most charming way possible.

Someone will talk too much, someone will talk too little, someone will say “I’ll be there in five minutes” and show up an hour later. Beautiful stuff.

There’s no plan. Obviously. If we could plan things properly, this meetup wouldn’t need to exist.

Just show up, grab a drink, and join whatever conversation is happening — usually something profound like “Why do I panic in Tesco but not in Lidl?”

What you can expect:

– People who overshare immediately and then go “sorry, anyway…”
– Interruptions. Lots of interruptions.
– That moment where three separate conversations merge into one massive tangent and no one knows how it happened.
– Pub chips that are somehow both expensive and underwhelming.
– Someone realising halfway through that they’ve been talking to the wrong group for ten minutes.

Who it’s for:

ADHD people, undiagnosed-but-we-all-know, neurodivergent-adjacent, socially confused, socially exhausted, socially enthusiastic… basically anyone who saw this event and thought “yeah, that’s very me.”

Upstairs @ The Champion, Wells Street, W1T 3PA
26th November, from 6:15pm
Free — unless you buy a drink, then it’s London, so… good luck.
Come along. Or don’t. See if I care.
No, do. It’ll be nice.
Probably.
Yeah.
