South Bank - Battersea Power Station - Chelsea - Lambeth - Vaulty Towers Pub

We're walking along a river. Welcome to adulthood.

The plan: leave BFI Riverfront, trudge west past Vauxhall, gawp at the MI6 building like tourists (it's just an ugly ziggurat, calm down), and arrive at Battersea Power Station approximately 400 years later.

Refreshment stop: Battersea Power Station
You will be allowed to sit down and eat something. This is not a trick. Nobody will ask why you're quiet, why you're loud, or why you brought your own snacks despite there being a food court right there. Bring your own snacks. We support this.
Then we cross a bridge (thrilling), pass Lambeth Palace (someone important lives there, we forget who, it has a nice gate), and shuffle back toward Waterloo like a small, mildly caffeinated migration.

Finish: Vaulty Towers
Drinks. Food. A room where you can sit down and stop performing "person who enjoys walking" for the general public. Full sentences optional. Grunting acceptable.
Six-ish miles. Flat. Paved. No mountains, no mud, no personal growth required. Just a river, some snacks, and the eventual promise of a pub.

Escape hatch at Battersea if the walk has become A Lot. No judgement, we've all been there, several of us are there right now.

Important note
This event is about building community, not dating. If you're here to find love, you've made a wrong turn somewhere around Vauxhall. Creeps are quickly removed, so do let us know.
