Yoga nidra is a peaceful process designed to calm the brain, reduce cravings (for alcohol, drugs, food, etc.), improve sleep, reduce anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms.
From the quiet of your home, participate in a 70-minute process. You will need to wear comfortable clothing, socks in the winter, have a blanket and pillow handy. Some people lie down on the couch, floor, or bed.
