The Vajra Longevity Exercise is a health-preserving martial arts practice rooted in the natural principle of "harmony between man and nature." It consists of eight sets of movements designed to harness rigid internal energy, facilitating the smooth flow of energy through the body's meridians. This practice helps ensure proper alignment among the body, bones, and joints, correcting certain spinal deformations and dislocations, thus restoring the nervous system to its normal state.
Additionally, the exercise promotes the coordination of internal organ function and aids in eliminating various diseases. Ultimately, it aims to achieve a balance of yin and yang, enhance overall health, and promote longevity.
