Please join me for a pleasant paddle down the Dan River. We will meet at the Dan River Company in Danbury, NC and will employ the use of their shuttles.

DRC will drop us off at our put-in which is a private tract of land that they own and our take out will be at the Green Heron Ale House where we plan to enjoy a refreshing beverage and social hour.

This is a scenic paddle that offers amazing views of the bluffs and great opportunities to see wildlife. Paddlers should be comfortable with Class I+ rapids.
