Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or already active in the gym or outdoors, this session will meet you where you are.
Many men carry tension in the hips, shoulders, and lower back from work, training, or daily stress. This workshop focuses on addressing those common patterns through intentional movement, breathwork, and simple techniques you can apply immediately in your daily life.
