There's a version of your morning that starts with salt air, a clear mind, and coffee on the beach. This is it. :)

We meet at Patacona Beach just before sunrise for a 75-minute session designed to help you begin the day with intention — not urgency. Breathwork, gentle movement, and a relaxed coffee on the sand with good people. No rushing, no experience required. Just the sound of the sea. Here's what we get up to:
Breathwork. Gentle yoga. Coffee & Snacks.

A slow, accessible practice designed for all levels, including complete beginners. We close with a coffee and a light small breakfast as the sun rises over the water. This is where the morning really settles in...

And a highly encouraged dip in the sea for the brave!

Who is this event for?: Anyone who wants to feel a little more grounded and want a reset before the week begins again.

What to bring?: Something comfortable to wear, a mat, a towel or a blanket and morning energy.

Who are we?: Gökçe is a 500h YTT Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, certified from YogaFlow in Valencia and AyurYoga Ashram in Mysore, India. Her main focus is to bring every single body to a safe environment to practice yoga in its true sense. Greg is an experienced breathe work coach, practicing and teaching WimHof, Tumo and different Pranayama techniques.

Patacona Beach is easy to reach by bike, bus, or car — parking is free at that hour. The exact meeting point will be confirmed the last week of April in the event thread. We hope to see you there!
