Welcome to Yellow World Laughter Yoga — a joyful space where stress melts away, energy rises, and hearts connect through pure, childlike laughter.
This group is for anyone who wants to reduce stress, boost energy, and add more laughter into life. No yoga mat, no experience — just a willingness to smile!
Laughter truly is the best medicine — it strengthens your immune system, lifts your mood, and helps your body and mind relax. Even if the laughter starts out simulated, your brain releases real feel-good chemicals that melt away tension and bring you back into balance.
We meet online twice a week — including our new Saturday Zoom class! Each 30-minute session blends laughter, breathing, and positivity to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more alive.
