Mission
The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
Description
Yeouido Toastmasters, part of the Toastmasters International organization, is a group dedicated to providing members and guests with a positive environment in which they may hone their public speaking and leadership skills. Using the Toastmasters International formula, we provide multiple opportunities for members and guests to participate every meeting via impromptu (Table Topics) and prepared speeches, and speaker evaluations. Additionally, there are numerous roles to be fulfilled every meeting by those seeking chances to work on their leadership skills. Please feel free to join us!!! We meet every Friday evening at 7:30PM in the Seminar Room on the 20th Floor of the HP Building. To get to the HP Building, please come out of exit 3 from Yeouido Station (Seoul subway lines 5 and 9).
Due to HP building security rules, only HP people can escort guests inside the building, so, make sure you come little early to be able to enter the 20th floor with one of us.
