🥾 ¿Cuál es el plan?
Comenzaremos en Llançà y pasaremos dos días navegando en kayak por la impresionante costa del Parque Natural del Cap de Creus, una de las más salvajes y espectaculares del Mediterráneo. La ruta nos llevará por acantilados, cuevas marinas y calas ocultas accesibles solo desde el mar.
Cada día remaremos entre 5 y 6 horas, con tiempo para descansar, nadar y disfrutar del entorno. El ritmo será constante pero relajado, para saborear plenamente la naturaleza en estado puro.
Al final del primer día, dormiremos en vivac, al aire libre y junto al mar, en un lugar natural tranquilo y apartado.
El segundo día continuaremos la ruta hasta llegar a Portlligat, una encantadora cala junto a Cadaqués, donde termina la travesía. El transporte de vuelta a Llançà está incluido.

🚦 Dificultad: Moderado-alto
Se trata de una expedición costera exigente, dirigida a personas con buena condición física y experiencia previa en kayak. No es necesario ser experto, pero sí haber remado antes y sentirse cómodo pasando varias horas en el mar.
Remaremos entre 5 y 6 horas al día, en aguas abiertas y tramos expuestos, donde el viento y el oleaje pueden aumentar la dificultad según las condiciones meteorológicas.
👉 Es obligatorio saber nadar.

🏡 Alojamiento: Dormiremos al aire libre, en vivac, en una zona de acampada salvaje permitida por el parque.
No llevaremos tienda: solo saco de dormir, esterilla y el cielo estrellado. 🌌
(Está prohibido cocinar dentro del parque natural.)

🚙 ¿Cómo llegaremos ahí? Compartiremos coches privados. Cuando te apuntes, se te pedirá que nos informes si tienes coche y cuántas personas pueden ir contigo. Compartiremos los gastos de gasolina y peajes. El precio del trayecto en coche por persona será de 15€.

🎒 ¿Qué llevar: Calzado cerrado que se pueda mojar (zapatillas viejas, crocs, escarpines...), bañador o pantalones cortos aptos para remar, camiseta térmica o de licra (te mojarás), toalla + muda completa para después de la actividad, cinta para sujetar gafas (si las llevas), gafas de sol + protector solar, material para dormir: saco de dormir, esterilla, comida y agua para 3 días (Está prohibido cocinar dentro del Parque Natural)

🥾 The plan
We’ll start in Llançà and spend two days kayaking along the dramatic coastline of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, one of the most untamed and beautiful stretches of the Mediterranean. The route takes us past steep cliffs, sea caves, and hidden coves that are only accessible by water.
Each day, we’ll paddle for around 5 to 6 hours, with time to rest, swim, and enjoy the incredible surroundings. The pace will be steady but relaxed, allowing us to fully take in the wild nature of the area.
At the end of the first day, we’ll sleep in bivouac right by the sea, under the stars, in a quiet and remote natural spot.
On the second day, we’ll continue our journey until we reach Portlligat, a charming cove near Cadaqués, where the adventure ends.Transport back to Llançà is included.

🚦 Difficulty: Medium–Hard
This is a demanding coastal expedition suitable for people with good physical condition and a previous kayaking experience. You don’t need to be an expert, but you must have paddled before and feel comfortable spending multiple hours at sea.
We’ll be kayaking 5 to 6 hours per day, in open water and exposed terrain, where wind and swell can increase the level of difficulty depending on the weather.
👉 It is mandatory to know how to swim.

🏡 Accommodation: We’ll sleep outdoors in bivouac, in a wild camping area allowed by the park.
There will be no tents – just your sleeping bag, mat, and the stars.
(Please note that cooking is not allowed inside the natural park.)

🚙 How we'll get there? We'll be sharing private cars. When you sign up, you'll be invited to let us know if you have a car, and how many people can come with you. (The cost of the car journey per person will be €15).

🎒 What to bring: Closed shoes that can get wet (old sneakers, crocs, water shoes…), swimsuit or shorts you can paddle in, thermal or lycra shirt (you’ll get wet), towel + full change of clothes for after the activity, strap for glasses (if needed), sunglasses + sunscreen, sleeping gear: sleeping bag, mat, food and water for 3 days (No cooking allowed in the natural park)
