☀️ Especially for women, Jiu Jitsu is incredibly beneficial — it works even if you're smaller than your opponent.
👩 That’s why I’m passionate about sharing it — especially with women.
👨 But men are absolutely welcome too!
We’re a small women’s group right now, so yes — men are in the room as well.
If you feel uncomfortable training with men, no worries — you can train with me.

💡 Why Jiu Jitsu?
Studies show it's great for:

  • Just your body
  • Tight clothes (e.g. leggings & T-shirt — no zippers or pockets)
  • Fitness level? Doesn't matter.
  • Age? Doesn't matter. (Anthony Bourdain started at 58!)
