Join me for a transformative outdoor Soundbath in my backyard as the sun sets and the day gently comes to a close. There’s something truly special about receiving sound healing in nature—fresh air, open sky, and the soft grounding energy of the earth beneath you.

We’ll spend one hour immersed in soothing vibrations from the gong, crystal singing bowls, drum, and other healing instruments, allowing your body and nervous system to fully relax and reset.

🕊️ Event Flow:
• Gathering begins at 5:45 PM
• Soundbath starts at 6:30 PM (please arrive early to park, settle in, and enjoy light snacks and drinks)
• 1-hour sound journey ending around 7:30 PM, just as the sun sets
• Followed by 30 minutes to gently ground back into your body

✨ What to bring:
• A chair or blanket to sit or lay on (I’ll have a few available)
• Yoga mat if you’d like (I have some—bring a towel/blanket for extra comfort)
• A pillow for added support
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and at ease
• Sound healing instrument if you have one and would like to use it!

Come exactly as you are—no experience needed.
