✨ Soundbath ✨

Let’s soak in the beauty of the season, slow down and reconnect 🌅 💫

Join me for an outdoor Soundbath as the sun sets. We will spend one hour immersed in the soothing vibrations from the gong, crystal singing bowls, drum, and other healing instruments, allowing your nervous system to fully relax and reset. 

**Weather dependent: if too cold or raining, we will host the event Indoors.

🕊️ Event Flow:
• Gathering begins at 6:15 PM
• Soundbath starts at 6:30 PM
• 1-hour sound journey ending around 7:30 PM, just as the sun sets
• Followed by 30 minutes to gently ground back into your body

✨ What to bring:
• Yoga mat or chair if you’d like (I have some—bring a towel/blanket for extra comfort)
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and at ease (I will have some pillows too)

Come exactly as you are—no experience needed.
