CGK Outdoors Club - Oike Park/Children’s Nature Park CGKアウトドアクラブ - 大池公園・こども自然公園

Hello everyone,

You're invited to join our CGK Outdoors Club event - enjoying beautiful Oike Park!
CGK Outdoors Club is originally designed for CGK community for hiking and other outdoor activities.
For this event, we invite other friends or family members who may not be members of the CGK community.

This event will start with a gentle nature walk through the forest to the large children’s play area. The children’s play area is fantastic - the kids certainly won’t be bored! Some photos of the location are attached below. We hope you will be able to join us!

Details and Schedule

Date: Sunday the 18th of February

Schedule (times are approximate depending on hiking speed.)
10.30am: Families meet at the entrance of the park (see google maps link above). Welcome and introductions. Group photo. There are toilets at this location.
10.45am: Start nature walk
11.15am: Arriving at the children’s play area. There is a large lunch area at this location.
11.15am-12pm: Children play at the park
12pm-12.30pm: Lunch
12.30pm-1.30pm: Children can play until the end of the event.
People can continue to stay at the park for longer if they wish.

Closest Rail Stations
Sotetsu Line: There are regular buses from Futamatagawa Station or it is a 25 minute walk to the park from here.
Minami-Makigahara Station: It is a 10 minute walk to the park from this station, though please note the entrance is on the opposite side of the park from the meeting point.

Parking
There is a large paid carpark at the location.

Other Notes

1. The event will be cancelled if rains. The cancellation notice will be made at 5:00 PM on the 16th of February.
2. Please be considerate of other families at the park.
3. Please ensure all rubbish is taken home.
4. Please note that parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at the event. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed to attend.

詳細とスケジュール

日時：2月18日（日）

スケジュール（所要時間はハイキング速度に応じておおよその値です。）
午前10時30分: 公園の入り口に集合します (上記の Google マップのリンクを参照)。 挨拶と グループ写真。 この場所にトイレがあります。
午前10時45分：自然散策開始
午前11時15分：子供の遊び場に到着。 この場所には広いランチエリアがあります。
午前11時15分～午後12時: 公園で遊びます
午後12時〜午後12時30分:ランチ
午後12時30分～午後1時30分：お子様はイベント終了まで遊ぶことができます。
その後も公園に引き続き滞在していただくことも可能です。

最寄りの駅：
相鉄線：二俣川駅から路線バス、または二俣川駅から公園まで徒歩25分。
南万騎が原駅から公園までは徒歩10分ですが、入口は集合場所とは反対側にあるのでご注意ください。

駐車場：
敷地内に大型有料駐車場あり

日焼け止めと虫よけスプレー（必要な場合）
個人用応急処置キット

その他の注意事項：

1. 雨天中止です。中止のご連絡は2月16日(金)午後5時にします。
2. 公園内では他のご家族へのご配慮をお願いいたします。
3. ゴミは必ずお持ち帰りください。
4. 保護者はハイキング中のお子様の安全と行動に責任を負いますのでご注意ください。同伴者のいないお子様はご参加いただけません。
