Bringing Yang to the Yin as we flow through an intuitive 75 minute sequence, designed to gently build energy from the ground upwards.

Expect a Vinyasa flow supported either side with classic Yin postures to cultivate an embodied awareness to your practice. We breathe and move together - your fascia will be happy!

This class is for you if: You already love Yin Yoga and/or Vinyasa flow, or you’re a little curious about combining these two energies. We focus on the energetic body, and exploring the felt sense though the experiential realm.

Each class will begin with a short meditation.
