Let’s kickstart the day together with mood-boosting and focus-enhancing ceremonial cacao, a gorgeous sunrise, meditation to prime the mind and to seize the day, breathwork and a deliberate cold exposure and a brief but bubbly bouncing practice to warm up and boost the body’s elasticity.
As we are at the shift of seasons, consider this a cold exposure but the not the most intense of kinds: with the sea water being between 19 C and 15 C in the months of November and December, it is a great way to introduce yourself to the thrilling and health-boosting practice of cold exposure.
This event is an invitation to enjoy the early morning as a moment to prioritize yourself and start the day with a cocktail of health-promoting, stress-reducing, fun and mood-boosting ingredients.
SET-UP
We gather approx. 30 minutes before sunrise to settle on the beach and to make most of this ever spectacular phenomenon. We start with a sip of Guatemalan ceremonial cacao and a meditation, after which we proceed into two or three rounds of activating breathwork. Whilst we marinate in glow of the sunrise, we immerse into the water for several minutes. When we come out, we go into a practice called bouncing, which takes about 10 minutes. We bounce our way to a warm, happy and dry body, and have the rest of our cacao.
All in all, it is a magic mix to start the day and feel good and the thrill of being alive.
This event is a combination of scientifically proven tools to boost mental and physical health. LOCATION
We gather at Playa de Bogatell, on the beach close to the shoreline. Enter the beach at the blue board with number 24 (the first entrance after the building and espigón between Nova Icaría and Bogatell).

Contra-indications
In case you have a heart-disease, PTSD, are pregnant, lactating, or take MAO- inhibiting or SSRI antidepressants, please contact me.
Before taking cacao, do not take caffeinated products. Also after taking cacao, it is recommended to stay caffeine-free for at least 7 hours.
