Summer Yoga Retreat

🌿The long-awaited summer retreat is coming ☀️.

✨A whole weekend for you, where you can take care of yourself, disconnect to re-connect and vibrate in another frequency. 🧘‍♀️

👭 Together with Ale from @casayogale we will share beautiful yoga practices, pranayama &meditation, conscious walks, explore our voice and much more...

🏡 The retreat takes place in a beautiful country house close to Girona surrounded by nature 🌳, an ideal place to relax and recharge.

🇪🇸 🇬🇧 The retreat will be held bilingual in English and Spanish. So if you want to practice either one this will be perfect for you.

• €230 until July 1 or if you come with a friend
• €250 from July 2

💫 Including: All meals, practices, accommodation and yoga material.

❌ Does not include transfer to the country house but we will try to arrange in between participants who have a car to take someone. Otherwise we will pick you up at the train station in Girona.
