Earth Day at Popamora Point beach

Feel guilty for not recycling and other lies they told you? Well, come Saturday morning to help clean Popamora Point beach up. You will be absolved. You do not even have to stay for the whole two hours, unless you are psycho or something. Then, we can go get good cheep fish at Off the Hook.

Celebrate Earth Day with a beach clean-up at Popamora Point. Storms push debris and lots of trash onto the beach to create an unhealthy beach environment. With your support, we'll clean from the fishing pier to the marina. Please bring work gloves and dress for the weather.

Please remember:
*Dress for the weather; work gloves and and sturdy shoes are required.
*Consider sunscreen and bug spray.
*Avoid poison ivy.
*Be aware of broken glass, sharp or rusty objects, splintered wood.
*Do not pick up needles or pill containers; do not handle dead animals.
