Caesar's Creek training for TVT perimeter trail (meet at fifty Springs,) 13 mile

Hey all,

I need to start training for the TVT challenge in June so I'm going to start posting some longer hikes. Planning on doing the perimeter trail at Caesar's Creek which is approximately 13 miles. Pace is 3 to 3.2 mph which is somewhat difficult at this distance. We'll take a break at around 8 miles (restrooms will be available at break point). Should take about 4 to 5 hours. We'll also try to time meeting up with Tom at Flat fork ridge to hike with them for part of the trail. Bring whatever water, food, hiking poles, etc. you think you will need. Will cancel for hard rain. Looking forward to it!
