Berry Glen to Lady Bird!

Two great trails, the Berry Glen & Lady Bird Johnson loop, make up this lollipop hike.
We’ll meet at the dirt parking lot in the photos, which will be on the Norhbound side of 101 & walk to the official Berry Glen trailhead, through the gate in the photo, to start the hike.
The Berry Glen trail begins @ about 100’ elevation & does not ease you in, but rather gets right to it and won’t stop climbing until we get to the more relaxed Lady Bird Johnson Grove loop @ 1,200 feet.
After a nice break on the LBJ loop, we’ll head back down Berry Glen to the trailhead.
The Berry Glen trail is about 2.4 miles each way & the LBJ loop is 0.8mi, which makes for about 5.6 miles total.

Carpooling is always encouraged & can be coordinated in the chat.

& No dogs please as this hike will be entirely within the National Park.
