What we’re about

As an Indian, practicing yoga in its land;(Himalayas) for years now, it’s my pleasure to share what I’ve learnt & the practices I know.

This group is for anyone who wants to understand YOGA and want to change their lives with simple but affective practices.

My sessions will be about aasana, pranayama, dhyaan, mudra, mantra & Satvic aahar. Plus yogic philosophy on spirituality.

Who can join :
A beginner.
Someone going through mental/physical issues.
Someone who wants to improve their lifestyle & live better.
