What we’re about
• Yog (योग): Refers to Yoga, which encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual practices aimed at achieving unity of body, mind, and spirit. In classical Indian philosophy, it also means “union” – particularly the union of the individual self with the universal consciousness.
• Sadhna (साधना): Means dedicated practice, discipline, or spiritual effort undertaken to achieve a higher goal. It’s often used in the context of spiritual or meditative practices that require regular, focused devotion over time.
Yog Sadhna refers to a disciplined and devoted practice of yoga — not just in terms of physical postures (asanas), but also meditation, breath control (pranayama), ethical conduct, and inner focus, as taught in traditional yogic systems like Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
