A Saturday afternoon to experience the benefits of acupuncture and yoga combined
What you will experience over the 90 minutes:
We'll begin with settling pranayama breathwork allowing us to drop into the breath which guides us through a fully rounded yoga asana practice.
The physical practice encourages the smooth flow of vital energy ‘Qi’ throughout the meridians of the body helping to release stagnant energy, and clear tension.
Accompanied by stimulating aromas and relaxing music, this workshop is designed to guide you through states of engagement and ease, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed
The workshop will conclude with an extended śavāsana and 20 minute acupuncture treatment to calm the mind and bring us into a deeper relaxation
