Move, Breathe & Feel – A Healing Journey with Creative Movement and Yoga

Step into a space where movement becomes medicine and stillness feels like home. Join Professionally Trained Dance Therapist Queenie and Yoga Instructor Nadia for a unique mind–body experience that weaves together the expressive freedom of creative movement with the calming, grounding flow of yoga.

Through guided movement, yoga, and art, you’ll explore emotional release, creative expression, and embodied presence — all in a warm, supportive space where you can simply be yourself.

Creative Movement with Queenie is an invitation to move in a way that feels natural and true to you — no steps to follow, no right or wrong, just the freedom to listen to your body and let it guide you. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us and reconnect with our inner rhythm. This isn’t a dance class — it’s a chance to explore your feelings, express your truth, and let go of stress through movement.

Yoga with Nadia gently grounds you, bringing calm and balance through yoga, flowing sequences, and restorative stillness. With mindful awareness and soothing stretches, her practice will melt away physical tension, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling centred, refreshed, and deeply restored.

About Queenie
I’m Queenie, originally from Hong Kong, and the CEO and Founder of Blossom Therapy, where I use a variety of creative arts in therapy sessions to support people navigating stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions. I currently practise as a Creative Arts Therapist in Helsinki, offering a space for individuals to explore, heal, and grow through movement, art, and expression.

I hold a Master’s degree in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from the UK, where I trained for two years in using the body as a bridge between the inner world and outer expression. My work is rooted in the belief that the body and mind are deeply connected — our physical movements often reflect our emotions, memories, and stories. By listening to the body and allowing it to move freely, we can access insight, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.

In my sessions, I create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where there is no “right” or “wrong” way to move — only authentic expression. I see movement not just as a form of art, but as a language that can reveal what words sometimes cannot. For me, therapy is a collaborative journey, and I feel honoured to walk alongside each person as they discover their own path to balance, resilience, and self-connection.

About Nadia
Hi, I’m Nadia. I’m 29 years old and from Argentina. I’ve been practicing yoga for five years and completed a 300-hour teacher training in Argentina, at a school with a strong focus on biomechanics. This approach brings a deep awareness to the body and invites a practice where each movement is guided with care. I always aim to adapt postures to the different bodies and needs of the people in the room, honoring the idea that yoga should meet you where you are.

A few years ago, I traveled to India to practice with teachers from various schools and traditions. That experience helped me open my mind and expand the way I relate to the practice. I see yoga as a mirror that reflects what is already within us. In my classes, I invite you to observe what happens in your emotional and energetic field as you move through different postures, whether they feel comfortable or uncomfortable.

I believe in a respectful and intentional practice that embraces all bodies. To me, yoga is not a place to arrive at but a path to walk with presence, curiosity, and honesty.

Perfect for anyone seeking emotional clarity, nervous system support, or simply a safe, nurturing space to move, breathe, and feel. No dance or yoga experience is needed — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
