Join us for gentle, relaxing yoga in the park. Beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome; and bring a friend or two if you like! We'll get warmed up with some gentle flow yoga, and move into deeper stretching and relaxation. Please RSVP if you're attending, and let me know if you are bringing friends. Remember to bring a mat, water, and a sweater in case it gets chilly. Donations to keep this meetup running will be greatly appreciated.
