Hello! Join me for a fun workout at Greenwich Park on Sunday 10 am! It is a low intensity workout, which means that we will avoid strain on your knees and joints. That said, we will still work on all your major muscle groups. No hard jumps but a lot of fun and good vibes! We will go for a coffee afterward to celebrate!
