Every breath is a new beginning. Every time you step onto the mat, you give yourself another opportunity to reset, realign, and reconnect.

This Saturday & Sunday we have the opportunity to move dynamically together and practice breathwork (pranayama) connected with movement. In Vinyasa, the breath leads the body and the body follows the rhythm of the breath.
