Yoga Vinyasa Playa Del Postiguet 🕉️🙏

My beautiful yogis,

We practice Vinyasa together this weekend at Playa del Postiguet.

🧘‍♂️ Sunday – 10:30 (English)

Due to the unpredictable weather conditions this weekend, if it rains we will simply move our practice inside to my home studio so that we can still share our beautiful flow together.

Let us begin our practice remembering this beautiful sloka:

“Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu”

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of our own lives contribute to that happiness and freedom.

Practicamos Vinyasa juntos este fin de semana en Playa del Postiguet.

Debido a las condiciones climáticas impredecibles de este fin de semana, si llueve simplemente moveremos la práctica a mi estudio en casa para poder seguir compartiendo este hermoso flow juntos.

Comenzaremos la práctica recordando este bello sloka:

“Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu”

Que todos los seres, en todas partes, sean felices y libres, y que los pensamientos, palabras y acciones de nuestras propias vidas contribuyan a esa felicidad y libertad.
