We practice Hatha-Vinyasa together at Playa del Postiguet.

चले वाते चलं चित्तं निश्चले निश्चलं भवेत् ।
यथा ह्येकेन चक्रेण न रथस्य गतिर्भवेत् ॥

When the breath is still, the mind is still; and just as a chariot cannot move with only one wheel, life cannot move forward with fate alone it requires our own effort.

Cuando el aliento está en calma, la mente está en calma y así como un carro no puede avanzar con una sola rueda, la vida no puede avanzar solo con el destino, requiere de nuestro propio esfuerzo.
