What we’re about

Thanks for checking out my group.

I recently became a Dad and as much as I'm enjoying it :) I need to get back in shape.

This group will have planned and organized workouts that concentrate on building endurance, strength and conditioning through Running, Sprints, Yoga, HIIT and Mobility based training (including days where we just run for at least 2 miles)

These workouts will be organized 1-2x a week (Typically Tuesday / Thursday)

Most of these are free body based - but can be altered for more tension (eg. weighted backpack, resistance bands etc).

It should be easy to modify these for all levels (I would consider them at intermediate upwards otherwise).

No fees will be charged - but given COVID I aim to keep the group to max of 4.

I mostly train in and around Campbell and Los Gatos Area.
