✨Welcome beautiful souls, I’m Krystal,
I offer different online classes such as gentle yoga, stretching, and meditation designed to help you slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself. As a Certified Yoga and Certified Meditation Instructor, I guide calming, beginner-friendly sessions that focus on mindful movement, deep breathing, and nervous-system soothing practices you can do from the comfort of home.
Before we begin the practice, grab your coffee, tea or water as we’ll have a short 5–10 minute conversation to check in, set an intention, and gently shift into a self-love mindset—so you feel grounded and connected going into the session. Before we start the process of meditation I ask that your mic be muted so everyone can receive the most relaxing experience. Make sure to have a place to lay down with cozy blankets and pillow.
Self-love is the main focus in everything I teach—building strength with kindness, releasing tension without pressure, and creating space to feel calm, confident, and at peace. Each class will offer either gentle yoga flow, full-body stretching or guided meditation to help you reset mentally and physically.
