Hatha Yoga:

WED 10:45 - 11:45 @ Sala Wellness Hub, Sao Bento, Lisbon.

Hatha Yoga is the classical path of using the body as a vehicle for self realization.
The practice involves asanas, breath work, meditation.
Focus on safety, awareness and relaxation.
Slow pace, staying 30 secs in postures, suitable for all.

About me:

I"ve entered the "mind-body" world in 2013, where I completed a 500hr Yoga ttc, started teaching Hatha Yoga in that studio for several years, as well as learning Chi gong and eastern philosophies. Since 2017 (until recently) I"ve been learning Raja Yoga (1000hr), mindfulness and also opened my current business: Office Yoga - which brings the mind-body world to companies & organizations.

My Yoga & Meditation classes (like my self) are more easy-going & fun, suitable for all levels, with practical tools for everyday life.
