Hatha Yoga is the classical path of using the body as a vehicle for self realization.
The practice involves asanas, breath work, meditation. Focus on safety, awareness and relaxation. Slow pace, staying in postures, meditative, suitable for all.
Chi Gong (Qigong) is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance qi (also spelled chi), which in Chinese philosophy refers to life energy or vital force.
About me:
I"ve entered the "mind-body" world in 2013, where I completed a 500hr Yoga ttc, started teaching Hatha Yoga in that studio for several years, as well as learning Chi gong and eastern philosophies. From 2017 - 2021 I"ve been learning Raja Yoga (1000hr), mindfulness (MBSR) and opened my current business: Office Yoga - which brings wellness practices for companies & organizations.
My Yoga & Meditation classes (like my self) are more easy-going & fun, suitable for all levels, with practical tools for everyday life.
